Gentle Body Power Fitness Class
Offering Hope Therapy, Ladysmith WI
This gentle stretching, strengthening and balance exercise class is intended for women, teens through adults, and will be held during the month of MARCH & APRIL 2019. Each class will be 55-60 minutes in length. You may attend 2 classes for free if you have not attended a class before. Pay-as-you-go. Each class is $8. Comfortable, modest clothing is recommended. Required equipment: please bring with you an exercise mat. The exercises will be done with bare feet on the exercise mat. Class size is limited, thus participants must pre-register.  Call: 715-609-1310 Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM March 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 29. Healthy Living With Diabetes
Marshfield Medical Center-Ladysmith, Ladysmith WI
The six-week workshop teaches you the best ways to work with your doctor and family, supports your treatment plan, and helps you manage your health.  You set your own goals and learn hands-on with others.  The workshop is for adults of all ages who have type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or who lives with someone who does.
