The Fine Arts Center and Gallery (FAC Gallery), located in the Miner Plaza, is the largest art gallery in Rusk County. The Gallery is staffed by volunteers, including many artists whose works are on display. Often these artists will be seen demonstrating their techniques as they staff the gallery. There are many interesting works of art for sale, and the work of visiting artists are showcased in the lounge gallery.

Stop in to browse, gather inspiration, inhale some beauty, purchase a gift, or sit and have a cup of coffee or tea while watching demonstrating artists work.

Toad House is a project in progress – well on its way to becoming an art musemum, gallery, artisan bakery, and museum of children’s picture book art. The interior space was redesigned to accommodate a museum coffee shop area, art galleries, a commercial kitchen, and artist studio space. The third story tower offer views to the east, south, and west. As an added bonus, vistors can walk in the beautiful Enchanted Woods. It is lovely, imaginative place for children and those who recall the forests of their childhood.
