Gentle Body Power Fitness Class
Offering Hope Therapy, Ladysmith WI
This gentle stretching, strengthening and balance exercise class is intended for women, teens through adults, and will be held during the months of May, June, July and August 2019. Each class will be 55-60 minutes in length. You may attend 2 classes for free if you have not attended a class before. Pay-as-you-go. Each class is $8. Comfortable, modest clothing is recommended. Required equipment: please bring with you an exercise mat. The exercises will be done with bare feet on the exercise mat. Class size is limited, thus participants must register. Class Dates and Times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM No class on the following dates: May: 15, 17 & 31; June 12, 14 & 17; and July 15, 17 & 19.

The Partners of Marshfield Medical Center-Ladysmith proudly welcome the Blue Hills Chorale for a concert performance on Wednesday, July 24th in the Legacy Amphitheater at Memorial Park.  Concert at 7pm.  Join them for a free evening of music, fun and desserts. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week workshop that teaches you how to care for yourself while caring for others.  By taking better care of your own physical, emotional and financial needs, you become a better caregiver. Meets Thursdays July 25-August 29 at the Riverside Room at Marshfield Medical Center. Registration required by July 22, 2019.  Requested donation is $10.
